I've been experimenting a bit today with Amazon's new Online Reader (so called). Works pretty good. After "upgrading" my rights to this book to allow full-text access, I was able to copy and paste the quote below -- the software even added the citation (though not the link). The product page for this book informs me: "You purchased this item on October 14, 2000" -- with a very different purpose in mind back then, I can assure you.
